Understanding

Breaking a habit is tough.
It involves the subtle endurance of being able avoid a habit for a long period of time.
Altogether, breaking a habit requires conquering both long-term and short-term resistance. Both are different challenges in themselves.
It also requires short, intense periods of focused resistance, when triggers cause the need to cope with this ritual.

Goals

Create a plan that guides users to successfully break a given habit. Do so through positive reinforcement: teach users to focus and meditate through urges, and reward when they pass ther habit breaking goal.

Click the "focus" button on the landing page to jump to a meditative animation. This feature serves as a means to help guide your thoughts away from bad habits, helping you through urges.

The wording of this feature was debated, between "distract" and "focus". Focus won: distraction is a means of avoiding your habit, but focusing is a means of conquering it.
Once you are all set focusing, document the habits you struggled with, the result of focusing, and how you feel to get a thorough record through your journey.
