Understanding

Diabetes is a complex condition.
For those recently diagnosed, learning how to take care of yourself and your condition can be intimidating.
Monitoring and documenting glucose levels, insulin doses, and diet can be cumbersome and lengthy.
Once learning, sticking with good habits can be hard.

Goals

Create an app that is a one-stop shop for diabetes documentation and health - including ways to learn more about your condition, document daily, assess how you're doing, and encourage you to stay healthy.

Welcome to glucoHealth!

Our landing page sets you off to a good start on your journey to stay healthy.

Here, you see your documentation adherence for the week (documented manually or by hooking up your monitor).

You can clearly spot your most recent glucose level and when this was documented.

Below this, your app feed shares articles, messages, and tips. These feed items are designed specifically for you through your onboarding experience, the app learning your preferences, or suggestions from your health coach.
Your dashboard has more to share with a swipe to the right.

Here you can see a high-level overview of your week, easily document another log for a given stat, or tap on the stat card to see more details.
Your personal health coach is a key differentiator from other health apps.

This licensed professional can help you learn more about your condition, and push you to prime health whether you have been recently diagnosed or have had your condition for a while.

Your health coach will check in with you or you can message them for support, as well as your various diabetes related support groups within the "Coach" tab.
Logging your blood glucose, amount of insulin boluses, food intake, and weight is a piece of cake.

Even if you don't have devices hooked up to your app, glucoHealth provides an easy and efficient way to log one stat or all four.

Within your blood glucose, you can choose to add tags for your mood, which can help you hone in on common symptoms when things are going well or not-so-well.
